My son’s iPad screen was completely shattered. I brought the iPad in and they replaced the screen Within hours!!! The price was reasonable and Austin. the manager had exceptional customer service!! I strongly recommend this place. If I ever have any issues with the screen, I will bring it back here.

Ethan is a man of integrity! My phone would stop charging after a minute or so and last Summer I thought at first it was my charging cables after I ruled that out I then thought my charger port was damaged due to multiple drops and previous water infiltrations. I finally decided to get to the bottom of it as my phone got worse as it would stop charging after a few seconds. Ethan said just needed to be cleaned with no cost to me at all. And now my phone is finally charging much more faster again. I learned a lesson which is to not diagnose the problem yourself and to always go to a a cell phone professional asap as it would’ve saved me from being irritated at my phone during my trips in Asia and Europe. I will only come here to get my phone fixed and I will always recommend this place to friends and family in the area.

I had my phone repaired there in Gastonia they did crappie work on my phone they were supposed to fix my front screen on it for $107 it cracked again the next day they mess up the back of my phone and I only can talk on speaker now I would not recommend anyone to go there they want to charge me another $90 to fix it again
