JOE BYRD - Geek Squad C.I.A. Agent at the Best Buy store in Garner NC was most helpful resolving a problem with the protective cover installed on my phone. Joe Byrd analyzed and determined the protective cover had become loose, causing inaccurate keypad selections as I typed. Joe swiftly assessed and resolved my problem within 2 minutes! I am extremely pleased to have such impressive assistance at Best Buy, Garner NC and will continue to choose them for future needs and purchases. Garner Store: I bought a new computer and all the files from the old one did not transfer to the new one. Santino did a great job of getting everything I needed on the new one. I was impressed by his knowledge and patience!

I feel sorry for all the grandpas and uncles and aunties who go there. They will be shamelessly swindled. These "Geeks" will: * sell you a product you don't need, for double the market price. * They will charge you for the installation. * They will charge you for the "update and setup" (of the product you just bought). * Then they will push a 200$ protection plan down your throat. * You go home with the strange feeling of having been duped by a lowlife fast talking salesman. * Then you realize the product doesn't even work. * You take it back the very next day at the first hour. * That's when they tell you that the 200$ protection plan cannot be fully refunded because more than half of it is actually the labor. * "Now you can't refund labor, can you?" * Of course not. * You call the customer service number. * They put you on hold forever, then hang up on you. * You try again. * They hang up on you again. * That's when you decide to write your very first consumer review. * Your thoughts? * "They thrive on your ignorance and will milk every penny out of it. * The only reason why these types of businesses still exist is because there are still some dumb-people-straight-out-of-the-stone-age (like me) roaming this planet." * Don't be like me.

I’ve never had a Bad Experience here. Always someone available to help. From the from door, to kitchen appliances, Geek squad, TVs. It’s always been Great Service. No matter why or when I went, my family & I always received the service we needed. Thanks to those who hired & trained the right people!

12/2/19 We go to buy a car stereo and ask for assistance at the customer service counter. Well, we not only waited 30 minutes but no one came to the car audio area at all. They have the poorest customer service of any Best Buy I’ve ever seen. I don’t recommend this Garner store unless you are desperate! Shop online .
