TCR : Triangle Cellular Repair

I had the LCD display replaced on my iPhone 12 Pro with no problems or issues. The phone was ready in about an hour, as promised, and it has been working great ever since.

My charging port was partially clogged /dirty. Walked in and greeted almost immediately, friendly service. They cleaned the port and I was on my way in less than 10 minutes.

I've never broken or cracked a device until recently. the pictures are the befores and afters of the first time I broke it a few months ago. I sent them a message for a quote and they responded immediately and they were super helpful. the fix took about 45 mins to an hour just like they had said! did some grocery shopping in the mean time haha. I just broke it again yesterday morning and they responded immediately after opening and it only took about 30 mins this time. the people here are so friendly and helpful especially Dylan, he is a fantastic dude and I appreciate him! thank you all so much for your help, I will be coming here for any future breaks and I recommend 10/10!!!

TCR in Fuquay was a great experience. I bike my iPhone screen and just stopped in to check for a repair price. Very reasonable prices and much cheaper than the malls kiosks. Dillon also said he could do it in 20 min. I dropped it off and returned 15 min later to find the glass repaired flawlessly. My only regret is that I should have had him replace the battery at the same time. Excellent job. For any of these reviews with complaints, it’s obvious they never expressed them to the staff. Dillon was outgoing, sociable, and professional and would answer any tech questions along with fixing any issues right there on the spot. A++

I’ve been to tcr several times- good service at reasonable prices. The one issue I had was with an iPad repair that caused the home button to break. They made it right and fixed the button under warranty. I’ll definitely use tcr again.
