We were shopping for school supplies for my two kids and were pleasantly surprised at how organized everything was—everything was right in front of us! We didn’t have any trouble finding what we needed, everything was available for school supplies with competitive prices. Our shopping experience was amazing thanks to one of the associates, Logan, who was there to help us the whole time. He made our shopping experience so easy. Gabby was a wonderful help when I was having difficulty logging into my app. All the staff we're hopeful and the managers were kind and friendly. The store manager was excellent and made sure to see that I was able to enter the contest. So many stores don't recognize teachers at all anymore, and the amount of money that we spend on our classrooms. It's really appreciated that staples still goes out of their way to do at least something to recognize teachers in their efforts every year.

I had an Amazon return and a UPS return. The store manager and associate was rude and condescending to me when I was trying to return these items. I felt a second class citizen. A little kindness and patience would have gone farther than the being dismissed. I've been a customer for over 20 years. I will never shop Staples again.
