Wired gave me hope I desperately needed after trying to navigate all of the IT drama experienced since my husband's death. My husband was a network engineer and software developer for 50 years so it took someone with experience in the network engineering area to help me figure out the tangled up mess. Wired is definitely a cut above most of the businesses I have had to deal with over the past decade. Chris was a delight and could not have been more helpful and supportive. Their rates are very reasonable as well. Thank you Wired for everything!

Great experience! I was so happy to find someone locally that can work on an iMac. I have an older (2017) 21" desktop. The computer is still great, it's just that the web browsers are out of date and not recognized. Jimmy upgraded my OS, it's like I have a new computer for a fraction of what a new computer would have cost me. He took the time to show me some things on my computer when I picked it up. I could not be happier and plan on taking my MacBook in for him to upgrade it. Thanks!

I Took my Apple Air laptop computer that I could not get to charge on Tuesday Sept 24 AM. I was advised they would analyze it and get back to me within 72 hours. However, the next day early AM they had it fully charged. I was shocked as my charger would not work at all. When I picked it up before noon I found out they were able to replace a part, and it was unbelievably great service. I highly recommend them to anyone needing help.
