I really recommend this store. Had the best experience ever, as for dealing with a mobile store. The young lady was so very nice and helpful. She went out of her way to make sure she made sure everything on my phone worked the way it should before I left the store. Other customers were coming in and they were so glad she was working and she treated each of them with kindness as well. 10 stars for me.

My sim card seemed not to work, but it turned out to be an issue with my phone, which I had over 2 years. I was thankfully approved for a weekly payment plan. The service was excellent. The sales consultant was very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Thank you again, Linear Wireless! I highly recommend this business, which is BBB approved. :)

Great in store customer service!!! The girl that works there mind you by her self is great!!! Very nice an helpful, she will go that extra mile to make her customers happy. The world needs more great customer service reps like her. I purchased two phones from here an can’t be happier. The only issue I will say I had was when I updated to the IOS 12 for my iPhone, it caused a bit of a problem, but again the girl at the store was great in trying to fix it. Would highly recommend getting your next phone here.
