I wouldn’t give them a one if I could. I’m an IT guy and I already knew what was wrong verified by Apple. Instead of fixing the issue identified I was told it would cost $425.00 to replace the monitor instead of the $15 ribbon cable plus labor cost. I took my laptop and left. I would have been out of $425.00 had I not known. Always get a second quote…

Wow after reading all of these reviews I am in complete shock! I wish I read the reviews before going to this guy Carlos to have my phone fixed and a TV repaired this place is terrible!! When I came back to pick my TV up he didn't even have it he said he sold it to someone because we took to long which was ridiculous! When I got my phone back the screen was cracked!!! He told me that's how I gave it to him such a deceitful LIAR I took my phone and the TV loss and cut all ties with this scamming clown! Beware of this guy he will rip you off in a heartbeat and not think twice about it!!!

Not pleased at all. The screen is glitched for the iPad (10th gen) and told that “I should’ve know the problems beforehand. I’m not the subject matter expert here, but lesson learned. The iFIX places do not have the same quality across state lines. The only reason I picked this place was because of the turnaround. Guess who just ordered an entire new iPad with an unnecessary $300 bill?! Save your money and go elsewhere. I like to support certain businesses but not over the expense of quality.
