Dave was extremely helpful and was able to diagnose the issue in a matter of minutes. He told me that if I had any further issues to bring it back, which, unfortunately, is what I had to do. He took the PC and told me he would fix it and call me as soon as it was done. I firmly believe that he will fix it.

Anthony (the GM) was amazing. He took care of the iPad and got it working again in about five minutes. The price was perfect. Service was amazing. Very grateful for this place.

I had a great experience at uBreakiFix on Ramsey St, and it was all thanks to Anthony! My phone was having major issues, and he quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem with ease. His professionalism and attention to detail were impressive. He explained everything clearly and had my phone back to working perfectly in no time. If you're ever in need of a repair, I highly recommend asking for Anthony – he’s awesome!

This was the exact opposite experience I was expecting from an electronic repair store. I unfortunately forgot to ask his name, but the guy up front was funny, friendly and KNEW his craft. I dropped my phone at like 1100 and it was destroyed, wouldn't even turn on. It was back in my hands at 1600 like brand new. Highly recommend this place. Thank you again.

Mailed broken Nintendo Switch out Monday and it delivered Tuesday. Never received a call giving me a diagnosis. They just sent it back saying the device was unrepairable. Even though, repairing broken charge ports on Nintendo Switches is a service they provide. So either they were upset that I had to call Asurion because they didn’t answer the phone or they don’t know what they are doing. I never talked to anyone at this location. I had to call Asurion and the gentleman I talked to said he would call because it’s highly unlikely that they wouldn’t answer a call from Asurion. Sure enough they didn’t answer. I was so close to having to drive up there and fix the situation. I live 2 hours away. If I would have gone up there because they’re to lazy to answer the phone then I would have gone to jail. These people don’t care at all. Lack of communication. I should have sent it to Nintendo from tel he get go. All I did by sending it to Fayetteville was waste my time.
