Silver Knight PC’s wow have I had an amazing experience with everyone at this store. They are truly there to help you do the absolute best they can do from service, trading in, and purchasing. I found Silver Knights PC’s in 2020. I have only bought from them since. I haven’t just had one amazing experience with them BUT FOUR. Just give them a shot because you will only go back once you work with them. Also Austin over there is super knowledgeable and makes your time there just so easy. Thank you Silver Knights PC for an amazing impactful experience with my all my computers.

I can't thank the team at Silver Knight PCs enough for the awesome rig they built for me. I needed a computer that would dual-boot Linux for work and Windows for my recording studio and gaming setup, all while staying within a budget of $2,800. After a brutal year of finding Intel CPUs that don't cause house fires, Silver Knight pulled off a miracle. My machine is everything I wanted and more, Intel I9 included. I still have room to add parts and upgrade as time goes on, so I'm certain I have a machine that will serve as a killer workhorse for the next 6-8 years. It feels good to put my money into the local economy versus some out-of-state corporation that outsources its work to other countries. Thanks, Silver Knight. You guys just got a lifetime customer.

First impression when I walked in the door - I was impressed with the professionalism of the staff. Kindly listening to the customers’ questions and answering clearly with knowledgeable, fair, well-reasoned answers. My computer was repaired thoroughly and is now running much better. They have many items in stock and can make great recommendations. I had an excellent experience at Silver Knight PCs when I brought in my laptop for troubleshooting. What impressed me most was how thorough and educational their approach was. Instead of rushing to a quick fix, Ted took the time to walk me through different possible causes of my laptop's issues. Ted explained each potential problem in clear, understandable terms and detailed how they would test for each one. This level of transparency helped me understand exactly what I was paying for and why certain diagnostic steps were necessary for the differential diagnosis. TL; DR - With a highly-skilled staff, a willingness to educate customers and explain their work, and a commitment to quality craftsmanship, Silver Knight PCs is THE place to go for PC repair! About three months ago, I brought in an Alienware M15 that was a little over a year old that would just turn off when it played a high-spec game for any length of time. It also had a hard time maintaining charge on its battery. I had done a lot of research on this issue, but had no luck diagnosing the cause. The team at Silver Knight was thorough in diagnosing the issue, and using a combination of testing, trial and error, and experience with this series of computer models, they identified the problem: an already-failing battery coupled with ineffective heat distribution due to poor quality materials. During the testing, the staff showed me every issue they identified and logically explained how all of their findings lead to their diagnosis, which I greatly appreciated! One week later, they were able to replace the battery and thermal paste and tested the system again to make sure it worked. It has now been over three months, and my laptop is running as strong as ever! I cannot stress enough how much I'm pleased by Silver Knight's performance! If I ever get the chance, my next gaming PC/laptop will be from Silver Knight!
