Amazing!!! had a mishap with my son's laptop the week before he left for his first year of college!!! (2 weeks ago) I was in panic mode. They fixed it in no time it was ready within a couple of days and the price was very reasonable for a 17" screen on a laptop that was completely shattered!!! FIXED LIKE BRAND NEW!!! NO ISSUES!! thinking about taking my cellphone in for some screen work also!! if you blink you will pass the location but it's a gem worth finding in a house on Hope Mills road!!

Would give no stars. Took xbox in to be repaired was charged ahead of time a little over 100$. Said it would be done in 1 to 2 days. Got it back a week later and nothing had been done to it. Never did get fixed. So, took it back to him and got it back after another week and still nothing. Why charge me over 100$ to fix something when you had absolutely no intentions or interest in actually fixing the issue. Never ever trust this place. And don't expect them to call you when they are done doing whatever because that won't happen. This place is a huge rip off and I honestly recommend it to no one. Ever.

They could fix my granddaughter's tablet but said it wouldn't be cost effective which is why I give them 5 stars. With so many businesses out there who are only interested in making money, it was refreshing to deal with one that doesn't try to rip people off. I will recommend them to everyone I know.

I can't say enough good things about this amazing computer repair shop! As a single working mom, I’ve had a lot on my plate, and when my daughter broke my MacBook Air, I was just trying to get the screen fixed. These guys went above and beyond. Not only did they find a refurbished model for the same price, but when a mix-up happened with my order, they didn’t just brush me off. They genuinely cared and went out of their way to find me a replacement. When I picked it up, they had upgraded me to a MacBook Pro, without charging extra. I was so overwhelmed with gratitude—it was the ultimate act of kindness during a tough month. I can’t recommend them enough! They truly stand by their word and show that they care. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

I don’t even know where to start. Just believe the negative reviews. The service here is inefficient, irresponsible, full of excuses, and it will take forever to get absolutely nothing done. It took 6 months, and my laptop still wasn’t fixed. Don’t waste your time and money; just go to Best Buy. They have much better prices and quicker turnaround times for any electronics repair. I had an awful experience with Fayetteville Tech Repair. They clearly don’t care about their customers. My laptop died out of nowhere, and I didn’t know what was wrong with it. I asked my husband to take it to this place for repair because I was misled by the positive reviews and because I try to support local businesses. BIG MISTAKE. Don’t make the same mistake I did. I initially paid $60 for a diagnosis, and they told me the motherboard was the issue. I was quoted an additional $262.15 for a motherboard replacement plus labor, and I agreed. That was back in February 2024. I kept calling to check on the repair, but all I got were excuses. They later told me the first quote was incorrect and that I would need to pay an additional $385 for the motherboard, on top of the $262 I already paid. In my opinion, nearly $600 for the repair wasn't worth it, but I kept going because I really needed the computer. Call after call, excuse after excuse, month after month – “the parts are coming from overseas,” “we’ll call you back soon,” “we’ll call you tomorrow.” Now it’s September – yes, you read that right, September 2024 – and my laptop still isn’t fixed. Six months later, I have nothing to show for it. Getting my laptop back was a hassle; they made it difficult for me to retrieve my own device. It wasn’t easy at all. I couldn’t wait any longer for the repair. They also told me I would get a refund since I paid $262.15 and the device wasn’t fixed, but here we are almost two weeks later, and still no refund. This place is a rip-off. Avoid it at all costs.
