James was extremely helpful speaking to over the phone. He has excellent customer service skills Unfortunately, he was sick when I gave him a call in need of replacing my AIO and thermal paste I ended up doing the installation of the pump myself. Now he did give me a very good quote. Comparatively, to the other computer shops that I asked for quotes Once I plan on building a new PC, he will definitely be the gentleman I do it through. I also enjoy the fact that I don't have to bring my rig to him, he comes to you for a small travel fee. When bringing your computer to a shop you are one speed bump away from destroying your $3000 piece of equipment. I am never willing to take that risk, and I am genuinely Terrified every time I have to move. If you ever need advice on computer repairs, or I want the computer repair done, just call james!

This is the best computer repair service I’ve ever experienced. James exceeded my expectations by not only fixing and cleaning my computer but also ensuring all my drivers were updated. He walked me through the entire process, so I can handle it myself next time. He’s honest, knowledgeable, and highly professional. Man James is awesome, as soon as I called him about a problem I was having with my gaming PC, he was able to show up immediately to my home. He quickly identified the issue(s) and was able to fix everything that was wrong and even fix up some extra stuff that I was unaware of. Very friendly, knowledgeable and overall awesome person! He will definitely be my go to IT guy moving forward !!

I called last night, lunch time the next day he was fixing my computer. He Comes To You!! No taking your computer to a shop, no sitting waiting for a week while the shop is fixing it. He had me back up and running in 2 hours and his price was very reasonable. I would absolutely use him again!!

Extremely good service. I called because I needed help troubleshooting "video tdr failure - nvlddmkm.sys". The representative helped me come up with a solution after I gave him more information on how I previously troubleshooted the issue. He was extremely polite and helpful.
