When I told him I will be sure to leave what happened in this in the review he didn’t seem to care at all so here it is . I dropped off my $800 printer that I bought two months ago because the paper kept jamming in the rear feed and I could not print the larger size paper. The front feed in the cassette was just fine with the normal size paper it printed without no problems, which he knew. They told me they were not sure if they would be able to fix it but they would look and I was OK with that. However, what I was not OK with is when they called me to come pick it up because they couldn’t fix it I still paid $48.15 For the diagnostic fee (which I was aware of and OK with at the time) but then I get it home and plug it in and it starts making a grinding noise and throwing error codes. It was not doing this when I dropped it off. So I give them a call and tell them what is happening and he says “yeahhh It started doing that when we were working on it I’m not sure what’s wrong with it” So he knew that they messed something up when I was there to pick it up and just didn’t say anything. So now I can’t even use it to scan or fax or print the normal size paper Because as soon as it turns on it throws the error code and you can’t even get to the homepage. when all it was there to do was to fix the larger size rear paper jam. So now I’m having to go and buy another $800 printer Because I can’t use this one at all now.

My Wi-Fi card on my computer stopped working on 7/3 and I couldn’t find anyone open that had one. I called 2x but no answer. I decided to just go there and the sign on the door said closed for the 4th of July. As I walked away a gentleman asked me if I needed help and was wearing a Micro shirt. After explaining my situation he opened the store and sold me what I needed. Once I installed it I still couldn’t get Wi-Fi. On 7/5 I called the office to see if someone could help me out. The same gentleman (wish I got his name) answered the phone and told me to bring my computer there so he could take a look. He fixed it in about 5 minutes and didn’t even charge me. They now have a customer for life. A++++

Have done business with them several times and the customer service is excellent. The repair service may at times take longer than desired because of these 2 reasons. They are the best and stay busy, I’m understanding because I appreciate the best and the cost is reasonable.

They were very pleasant and courteous and willing to help with the small job that I had. I was very pleased with them and the service. I called 3 other computer repair places in Rockingham county and they were the only ones who called me back. Thank you Micro Support!!!

These guys are amazing not only did they fix my computer but they also took extra steps without me asking thay did amazing cabel management made it run better than it ever has and few other things that just made my day it's been a rough year for me and my family but these guys just made my year thank you for everything and yall have gained a life long customer
