Robert was a pure warm professional. He took care of my computer problem after doing another house call. I met him at his house, dropped off my laptop and repaired it. Not only repaired it but put in a faster hard drive. Once repaired, he brought me into his home and explained many new options, for a minimal fee. I would recommend him above all else.
