Ricco was excellent and efficient, everything would have been better if the battery sent to him worke I just wanted to let you know that even the second battery didn't work either because my operating system was too old. I paid $70.00, and the young man refunded me $25.00 cash. I really don't understand that. So I am not satisfied at all.

I thought that this place did honest work but somehow they told me that the price would be 120 with tax but when I got there they wanted me to pay 150. After I told the young lady that isn’t what the original agreement was, she settled me out to 130 and although I was frustrated I paid for it. The phone worked for about a day and went out. I had a screen replaced as well as an antenna. I brought my phone back multiple times and kept getting the same issue and they chalked it up talking about “oh it’s the device” meanwhile it was working before they “fixed” it. I had to wait on the original guy who told me it would be done the next day and come to find out he didn’t even work the next day so I got pushed back and thx god the young lady tried to fix which that’s when it worked for a day. I’ll never go here again especially after feeling like they ripped me off 130$. I’m sure they do good work but my experience was horrible. As you can see one second it was working then next second it wasn’t.
