Apple Southpoint is a clean, nice store but also very busy. Everyone was friendly but the transaction experience was very poor. We were passed around a few times and in the end were given bad information. This cost us many hours of lost time. DO NOT TRADE YOUR PHONE HERE. Apple claimed to be doing the transaction for Verizon but that wasn't the case. We ended up having to return our Iphone 16 at the Apple store just to drive to Verizon to buy the exact same phone for $730 less.

It’s not great and they’re employees are nice but slow. If you’re going there, expect to wait a while before anyone will help you. Also, don’t forget to sign in or no one will ever come. Not sure why they need two greeters either, especially when neither of them greet you. I’m personally a big Apple user, but I’d avoid going to the Apple Store if I can.

I have had nothing but amazing and helpful experiences with this location. I have bought my last two macbooks here, and they are always ready to answer any questions, as well as make sure I get the best deals and trade-in value. I went to switch my old mac today and worked with James and he had me in and out in ten minutes, new mac in hand. This will always be my location for buys and repairs (I live 4 minutes from Crabtree if that tells you anything...). Well worth the drive and time, and to have me in and out in ten minutes on Black Friday was impressive.

This store is unorganized. The workers there were very rude and ignorant to me. I was there early, but I as told by the two guys standing in the front “checked in “ with me, but didnot ask my name or arrange any specialist to me. I was there waiting for 65min! In between I reminded them that I have not been served, they just said they are on the way… I saw ppl came later than me and got served and they left with nothing purchased. I was there to buy a new phone, which is a quick process I don’t need any recommendation or analysis, in the end, I went straight to a specialist and asked them to get my new phone. I was mad at the front check in person, very very ineffective, they did not provide any help in arranging customers with sale specialist but just standing there
