uBreakiFix - Phone and Computer Repair

There was no wait time. The rep was very kind. He had excellent customer service skills. Although, my rep was attentive to my concerns, and my phone appeared to be working fine, when I left the store, I was still having the same issues when I made it back home. I wish the rep would have trusted my word that my phone, the google 8, overheats and freezes. The phone sounds like it's on the speaker phone, without me being on the speaker. The phone is still under factory warranty. I also have a warranty through my service provider but, my provider said, they cant do anything until the factory warranty is over. I also cannot trade the in for another phone because the phone wasn't purchased through their store. Tell me, it appears I'm wasting my money paying for a warranty that serves me no real purpose. My phone is still getting extremely hot, overheating and the screen keeps freezing up. It gets hot to the point that I can't hold it without feeling the Pain, from the heat. I love the google pixel phones but, this experience has me doubting my choice. I started with the pixel 4 but I am truly considering ending my affair with the google pixel phones. Help

Alex Jay & Ian saved the day! My son broke off the charger in his iPad and it looked like it was impossible to get it out. I thought for sure the port would need replacing but these guys worked magic. Very greatful thank you!

Jay was awesome!at making sure my repair got done. I was on the phone for hours getting the run around about my claim. Jay made sure that my claim got thru and even made sure to finish the repair same day even tho it was after the scheduled time. Definitely recommend this guy!!
