My laptop’s lid was separating from the hinge. Poor design of the laptop. Looked online to repair on my own, got the replacement parts as well. I got intimidated by the videos and decided to bring my laptop to a professional instead. I met Greg at his store and gave me a fair price and timeframe. The following day, my laptop looks as good as new. A real professional and courteous. I would highly recommend him and his services to anyone. The photo below is what he fixed.

If you have a computer issue take it to On-Site Computer Service. I was a walk-in customer and Greg worked fast to diagnose my computer's issues and really went above and beyond. His customer service was excellent though out the entire repair, and I was kept in the loop on everything that was done with my machine. On-Site Computer Service offers superb service a fair price. Greg rocks! Called on a Sunday to leave a voicemail and he picked up and spent an hour and a half helping me fix my computer when Microsoft couldn't. This guy knows his stuff! Do not hesitate to call Greg if you have any computer issues. He will work through every possible option to get you back on your feet. I can't recommend them highly enough. My Surface Book 3 was a brick as far as I'm concerned and he brought it back to life. Thank you again greg!
