Ever since the new computers we have not had many problems at all. When we do have small issues if we call or email, we always get a response right away. They have great customer service!! Computer Plumber was the best. It will be my go to place in the future for any computer issues. They are extremely knowledgeable and very considerate to your needs and especially time restraints if you have any. I needed it back the next day for work and it was completed in plenty of time. I am always concerned about companies being above board and not taking advantage of you; but I must say the Computer Plumber excelled at customer service, integrity, quality workmanship and fair pricing. Rob just helped me online today from home. They install a remote service, so that they can continue their outstanding service. Linda is a joy to work with as far as billing and such a beautiful smile upon entering the store. I highly recommend Computer Plumber. It was recommended to me (thank you Dixie Garmon) and I have already recommended it to several friends. I gave them five stars, but if they had six, I would have chosen six!! I live a few states away (in NY) and yet any and all computer issues I have encountered were quickly handled via remote access. I originally met the folks at Computer Plumber about a year and a half ago through a business networking group. They are honest, knowledgeable, helpful and provide fast service. I took my personal laptop to them about a year ago and they cleaned it up and improved the speed. Now, I am ready to purchase a new laptop and though in the past I would have gone to a chain store, I chose to purchase through Computer Plumber.
