I had an absolutely stellar experience at Firefold. I dropped my PC off and hadn't even made it to my next errand for the day before they had texted me with an update letting me know they had figured out the issue. In less than 24 hours they had parts ordered and my PC (fully functional) back in my hands. You can tell the staff actually know what they're doing too which is extremely reassuring. Honestly I've never had a better customer experience with any store ever, I'll be reccomending them to my friends in the future!

Kudos to Firefold Tech and Repair on Poplar Tent for saving me the cost of purchasing a new computer. After a brief description of multiple issues, the tech knew the cause immediately, fixed the problem, and tuned it up in less than two hours and for a reasonable fee. I will be a forever client!
