So grateful to Vinny at Expert Computer Services! My hard drive crashed! Yikes …my computer is my livelihood. So I was recommended to call Vinny and he returned my call the same day and had my computer back to me within 24 hours! I highly recommend them!

I was sure that I had lost all of our important companies programs and data when my laptop hard drive stop working. I brought my laptop to Vinny and with his incredible expertise and skilled computer repair/ knowledge, he had my computer (with a new battery installed - which it needed) up and working wonderfully, with all important data saved. To start with I gave them a 5star because my tower went to blue screen and I thought I lost everything on the hard drive. They were able to recover my files and fixed windows the hard drive works but needed to be replaced, we replaced the hard drive transferring all the files and data to the new hard drive. Plus, my machine runs faster. Well done!!!

Vinny helped me tremendously!! I was traveling in North Carolina and had a connector issue with my laptop issue. I called Vinny and he immediately jumped in to help me. He determined an alternative way to fix my laptop connection issue and had the connectors I needed! I picked it up the next day and my laptop worked! I was hacked on a Friday afternoon. It was a very scary situation. I called Vincent based on his reviews from others. He sensed my distress. I took my computer and tablet to him that afternoon. Though he was going out of town the next day he took the time to evaluate and rectify the situation. Vincent is knowledgeable and thorough. He is professional and great service at a fair price. Hopefully I will never have problems again but if I do I will always use expert Computer Services.
