I just experienced the worst customer service from a young female caucasian cashier. I was there to return a package to Amazon. She never greeted me(I said hi)and wouldn't even look at me the whole time she was assisting me. I had to ask were we done. I hate playing the race card, but when I was done, the customer behind was greeted with hello how are you today, who was caucasian. It's sad that at such a young age to be exhibiting this kind of behavior especially in the work environment.

Today I went here to have copies of an obituary printed for my sister-in-law's funeral. She had died suddenly, and I was very stressed and upset. I was unable to get the document saved on a flashdrive. Ray at the printing counter was so patient and kind. He ended up being able to get the document thru email and make the copies for me. He obviously had other printing jobs to do, but took the time to assist me.

The Clemmons Staples store is in dire need of a customer service overhaul. My recent experience trying to ship a package there was frustrating and needlessly complicated. First, I was informed that I had to purchase something in order to ship my package. While I understand the need to make a profit, this felt forced and inconvenient. It would be much more customer-friendly to simply offer shipping services without this mandatory purchase requirement. To add insult to injury, I was then charged again for the actual shipping itself. Why couldn't this have been a single transaction? These unnecessary steps create confusion and give the impression that the store is nickel-and-diming its customers. The lack of attention to detail extends to customer service as well. Getting assistance was like pulling teeth. I would have had better luck finding help online if their Wi-Fi had been working. Finally, the inflated prices for basic services like printing and faxing are outrageous. While I understand that rising costs can impact pricing, increasing fax prices seems like pure greed. Overall, my experience at the Clemmons Staples was disappointing. The store's lack of attention to detail, poor customer service, and inflated prices leave much to be desired. I hope management takes these issues seriously and implements changes to improve the customer experience.

I drive 20 minutes out of the way, farther from home, just to go to the Clemmons store. After multiple TERRIBLE experiences at the location in Kernersville, I gave Clemmons a try. They call to ask questions about the large posters I sometimes have printed, and truly seem to care about doing a good job. Every interaction has been wonderful.

I had an easy time buying a new gaming chair. The cashier helped me get the box to checkout, and it was assembled for me relatively inexpensively (very considering the savings to my time) and quickly. Then they helped me get it into the car.
