They charged me 40 dollars to reset my son iPad & he still can’t use it. Waste of time & money. They never answer their phone and when I went back to the shop they still couldn’t help me or refund me my money back. The lady told me to call Apple. She should of told me that before she took my money

Went looking for a specific phone. They had sold the only one they had and without a phone I was unable to call up and ask day of. The gentleman was so kind and sold me a phone that he typically loans out while he's fixing others. It was so generous and he was considerate of the dings it had endured and made me a fantastic deal! Highly recommend allowing this guy to do any work you need done. I can tell he's very hard working and accommodating! You'll be in great hands! Thanks again!

I was so impressed with Onterrio’s knowledge, but more so his friendliness & customer service. I was having problems charging my phone, and he took a look at it for me. I thought I would have to get a new charging port and/or battery, but all he did was clean the charging port, and it works good as new. He even tested the battery shelf life and told me it did not need to be replaced. I know nothing about phones, so he could have easily convinced me I needed to replace these things, and I would have spent the money. But instead he was honest, and didn’t even charge me for the time he spent on it!! He gave me advice about how to get the most out of my battery life. He also took time to interact with my 4 year old, who kept bothering him while he was trying to work. 😂 A really stand-up guy - that’s how you run a business! 👏👏
