What a Great Experience yesterday at Staples? They have a fabulous new Manager! She was working like an Eager Beaver to do all aspects of the business. I’ve shopped here for over 15 years and the store has gone down. The workers have always been polite and helpful but the store has been understaffed, low on inventory, on disorganized. The manager was working all areas of the store! Incredible Service !

I came in to find a wireless printer to buy as a gift for a family member, but felt a little confused about all the options. Then, I had the great fortune of being helped by a staff member, Candace, who took my worries away by asking questions, pointing out the best options, and making a recommendation that checked all the boxes -- and even saved me some money. She was awesome.

In the age of getting stuff delivered, it's amazing that Staples still goes. But here it is, buried way in the back of the Promenade on Providence shopping center. All the office supplies you could possibly need from paper to paper clips to desks to printer ink. I did not have a specific shopping list when I popped in, taking the time to browse and maybe something would remind me that I needed to restock. The "clearance" area at the back was very helpful and I did find that I needed a USB fan from there. Not a big purchase but hey, it's something.

Our local Staples is convenient and has office supplies needed for a private home. Their employees are considerate and are pleasant when answering questions.

I had an hour to do “nothing” and I decided to put Staples here on Google maps, luckily I had one 5 minutes from my location. I arrived at the store and everything was wonderful, these franchised stores really have the same layout and the same products but it really is paradise for those who like stationery. Also, I love the True reed brand and I always find great products there.
