Got there on a Friday morning. It said it was open, all lights were on. I rang the bell, knocked at the door, call but no response. Hopefully I’ll be luckier next time.

I went to NerdyTechs in search of someone to fix my broken HDMI port on my monitor, after multiple soldering attempts with his technician we still couldn’t figure out the problem. Chris was very helpful throughout the process and ended up replacing my monitor after they couldn’t fix it. He was very up front with me and even stayed in contact with me after work hours about the issues I was having. I definitely recommend NerdyTechs, their customer service is very good!

Nerdy Techs is without a doubt the finest computer company I have ever dealt with. The response from Chris Austin is absolutely the best ever and his expertise in the field of technology makes me feel extremely comfortable. It's easy to see that Chris loves what he does and he is an expert at it. He has fixed my PC, upgraded my iPhone to the latest version and everything has worked perfectly. His service is so valuable to me that I contract with him annually for service to keep my devices and PC running smoothly. I usually don't write reviews, but definitely had to do a review on Nerdy Techs. I own a small business and kept having several problems with my network and computers. I had previously hired a couple of different companies and IT people to come out and get everything working correctly and none of them were able to resolve my issues. A friend referred me over to Nerdy Techs and Chris and another guy came out and took a look at my systems and network and found the problems right away! Within a couple of hours, they had every running smoothly! Finally found someone that knows what they are doing and can help out when needed! Will definitely call them back for any IT support issues that we have! Thanks Chris for everything!!!

When my devices were compromised by a phishing attack I called NerdyTechs for support. I was immediately given sound advice on how to limit the intrusion and secure my electronic accounts. From there, Chris worked to get rid of the viruses that were present on both of my devices. He changed my security settings to make sure I would be protected moving forward and he upgraded my software to MS Windows 11 which comes with the latest security features. I was very happy with the service that they provided and I felt much more secure after our initial phone conversation. You can tell that these guys are experts at what they do. I will be recommending them to everyone I know moving forward.
