Employee Scott in the Keyboard / computer peripherals department was super helpful and friendly while helping me determine what new keyboard I should purchase. Very knowledgeable about their features and which products would work best for my preferences & requirements. Employees like him are why I’ll choose to check micro center before ever considering going to another electronics/ office store.

The "Knowledge Bar", located at the entrance and to the right, they can answer any question you have about custom PCs, laptops or where there's something is inside the store. 6. A very welcoming experience and I will be returning.

Excellent selection and competitive prices. Staff were very helpful. Checkout lines were efficient. Clean store. Excellent place to find computer parts, peripherals, and obscure connectors for specific projects. Awesome Raspberry Pi selection. You won’t find a better source for 3D printers and associated supplies or equipment for building racing or flight simulators.

Customer service is one of the first things that makes this place remarkable! Plenty of sales associates to answer questions, show you where to find what you are looking for and make recommendations. Joseph and several other associates were so very helpful. The store is attractive with its multiple lighted displays. Great specials each week. A definite trip is in order if you are looking to build or upgrade your computer, home entertainment, security, or gaming options. Something here for pretty much everyone.
