Had my old screen go dead the night before, phone is critical for work. Walked in greeting by very helpful staff who went right to work and replaced my screen in 30 min! GREAT and fast service, highly recommend if you need a quick fix!

Had DJI drone repair a few months back. They ordered part and had it completely repaired in five days! Works like new. Took drone in Monday after I jammed the SD card and the associate had it out in less than a minute. Excellent service. Thanks for your great service. Definitely recommend. Marty

Love this place ! The employees are amazing! Mrs.Michelle was very nice and informative, she told me not to worry about my phone because she could fix it in 30 minutes, and that she did ! I hung out in the lobby checking out all the phones and devices they sell as she jumped right on it . My phone is now working and I will definitely be back to get a deal on a new iPad !

Friendly and very helpful. My phone had a virus. It was jumping so much that I couldn't complete any function. Well worth the drive downtown. Can't wait for the Concord store. And they sell drones!

I am undecided right now but definitely will update everybody on the outcome what is the number for Go Mobile customer service. 12-2-24: Part didn't come in today and tommorrow will be the 4th time here at Go Mobile to get my screen fixed. What's the problem ? Their suppliers keep sending the wrong screens. They did give me a refund and will give me a 18.00 dollar discount if the screen fits. I wonder if I would have had the same problem if I had went elsewhere. Least they trying. So I am here on December 3rd before December 4th 2024 and the store is closed I have called Eric the manager and left a message because I thought we had to agreedto meet here to fix my phone but I'm still waiting for him to give me a call back this is curious. I'm going to put that on in I did tell him I didn't have the money to pay them today so who would stay open for that? Im having terrible luck with this but good people. Let's try this again on Wednesday.
