Unable to reach the store by phone. Routes you to a call center in India. I had an appointment at geek squad and it was going to be 5 hours for them to fix my device when it’s normally 45 mins. They told me to come back in a few weeks when they had more technicians. No way to reach store to find out the current wait times. People in India are not helpful as they have no idea what’s going on in store. Terrible customer service system

Left them PC and all passwords for the computer access and my Microsoft account. Estimated work order time was 3 days. In 5 days they called my cell phone Voicemail and left message - what is my password for microsoft account and they can’t do anything without that information. This place is a mess, as majority of people said in their reviews before me.

Horrible experience. Not worth using - go elsewhere. Paying $180/yr for total tech - went in to get headphone repair. Told me I had to make an appointment so I did with the associate at the counter and came back at my appointment time. Walked in at my appointment time and told Antonio that I had two AirPods that needed to have repairs under warranty. He became agitated. After a bit of him clicking and going to the back he said "Sorry if I seem agitated or annoyed but we are supposed to have only one product per appointment." Ok, that's fine, but someone at the store made the appointment for me. His demeanor and attitude didn't change for the better. Got a pair of headphones checked in after 40 minutes and then told me I would have to make another appointment for the second pair. Fine, someone messed up, not a problem. Went to pick up my headphones 2 days later and was greeted by Antonio who was in the same mood as 2 days prior. Gave me my new headphones and after connecting them I realized the problem was not fixed and the case was the problem. Antonio is clearly annoyed and says, "Let me see if I can get this checked in quick." After trying some things walks to the back, comes back out and makes another remark about time or something. At that point I just asked for my case and told him I'll get it fixed at the Apple Store. Antonio, you might be over worked and over stressed but I was extremely patient with you both times and you acted like I was a bother. I even tried to make some lighthearted jokes and you didn't even flinch. Not worth anyones time to bother with this place. You need an appointment and even then they might treat you like it's an inconvenience - just get it fixed from the manufacturer or somewhere else. Regards S/O XXXX4681

This place is a mess. I scheduled an appt and whoever scheduled it scheduled incorrectly, so I drive 25 min there, got there got told to wait, sat there for 20 min then got a call that they scheduled my appt incorrectly and asked if I could wait without giving me a timeframe, then asked me come back another time. I rescheduled meetings n drove all the way there, they should honor their mistake and honor the appointment since it’s their mistake not mine. Don’t waste your time here, go somewhere else and you’ll be better off.

Geek Squad replaced my iPhone screen and 2 months later it has black lines streaking down the screen. They clearly did something wrong. If you get anything repaired here, get a warranty because I now have to waste another $200 to fix it properly.
