Place needs to be shut down, I took my Mac over because it was running slow, Devon recommended a hard dive upgrade. I took him up on it, Thursday turned into Friday, I got a call saying my computer was ready, when I got there, computer was sitting on a cluttered desk with tape all around screen and plugged into another computer, Devon gave me some excuse, after waiting 45 mins, I told Devon to call me when ready, he called me late Saturday and said Mac is ready, I went over Sunday and he said, “Ohh, didn’t know you were coming! Computer still wasn’t ready, I watched him for another 30 minutes putting the screen back on, afterwards computer wouldn’t boot up, he then tried to give me another computer he had sitting there, I said I’ll go back home , just call when ready, he called about 1230 and said computer was ready, however when I got there, he had left for the day. I then came back the next day, I picked up computer and when I got home, I had to call him and ask how to login because my password didn’t work, when I finally got computer to boot up, to my surprise, I had someone else’s hardware installed with all their personal pics and info. I drove back to the shop, Devon asked “ What now? I told him he put someone else’s info on my computer, he immediately got hostile saying, no, that is your hard drive info, I showed him pics of the screen, the conversation got heated with him then telling me to get out, after having more words and threats, he slew words and spit came out of his mouth landing in my face, after I saw he wasn’t going to correct his mistakes and properly fix my computer, I picked up my computer and headed out the door, as I exited the door, with computer in hand Devon shoved me in the back. I retaliated and the police were called. When I got home, none of my files that I had compiled for the last 10 years were there, I couldn’t get computer to print and when I tried updating, the computer basically shut down. In response to owner’s response to my review, as a veteran, we trained not start conflict but to defend. Your employee shoved a disabled veteran out the door and your so- called witnesses saw the tail end. If what you say were true and the police had to be called, they were called by me, after your employee lied multiple times regarding my computer repair, if I assaulted your employee, why wasn’t I arrested or charged, the video of your employee Devon, clearly showed your employee shoving me in the back as I exited your store(See Ofc M. Giglio’s card). Furthermore why don’t you tell the public how your unqualified employee, downloaded someone else’s hard drive onto my computer and refused to remove it. Customers shouldn’t pay for a service and return to your store 5-6 times and equipment is still not repaired. Furthermore, your employee destroyed a $1800 computer and I lost 10 years of information. The person(s) whose information was placed on my computer, was contacted, they tried calling your store and was hung up on. This is not the last of it, so prepare yourself for Legal action.
