CPR Cell Phone Repair Charlotte - Arboretum

I recently had the back of my iPhone 14 Pro Max replaced at CPR Cell Phone Repair in the Arboretum after dropping it. Just two months in, I noticed an issue under the back glass and stopped by today for assistance. However, I was told there’s nothing they can do because it’s considered a "scratch." This issue is clearly beneath the glass on the other side. While I was there, they insisted it wasn’t like this when I received it, implying it appeared "magically”. Needles to say, I won’t be doing any further business with them as their is a warranty for a part that has a defect they refused to fix. Clearly the top finish of the frosted glass has not been disturbed. (See Photo).

I paid 350 dollars to repair my phone and what ever this guy said he did, it didn’t work and I know he won’t give me my money back or half. Get an insurance from asurion to fix your damaged phone. It will save you a lot of stress and anger, I will never go back to this place, it’s very crooked. I’ll just let karma do its work for this guy………… I repeat do not come to this place and give him your hard earned money. My phone was not fixed he doesn’t have the proper diagnostics to pinpoint the problem, he will assume it’s one thing and it’s not then he will suggest another , that’s another fee payment and cross your finger it works.

Josh was very knowledgeable and displayed great customer Service. Repair was very speedy, less than 24 hours. Will definitely Be back in the future if need be.
