I took my husbands PS5 in to get fixed and within in an hour it was fixed !!! Great customer service as well definitely recommend coming here . If anything else needs repairs I will be coming back for sure .

It was a smooth easy welcoming experience. Michael took care of everything. He knows that I absolutely love gaming and that I am a content creator. So it really meant a lot that I was able to come in and get this fixed within hours for under $200. I wouldn't trust just anybody fixing your motherboard, this guy knows what he's doing! 5 STARS . So grateful for them today. I broke my switch and it couldn’t be fixed but they still tried. Instead of charging me for the repair they gave me a credit towards another console. You never see that kind of customer care anymore. I drove an hour to see them when the store 5 minutes from me in Indian Trail was rude and wanted to charge me double. These guys are experts in their craft and will go above and beyond to meet your needs. Came in to repair a fan connector that came off my ps5s motherboard. They essentially rebuilt a part of the motherboard to get it working which is not easy. Wouldn’t take my Ps5 to be repaired anywhere else. Definitely recommend.
