The nicest employees ever, one specifically stood out to me. She is so beautiful and also had the cutest name tag. She was kind to me and my friends, and was very helpful. Even though it was crazy busy in the store, she still took time to make sure we had everything we needed and were happy. Thank you!!!

This Apple location is doing the best that it can with the volume of traffic that it has being that the location in Northlake closed. My advice make sure you have reserved your spot before showing up. Apple we need another location in Charlotte quickly! This place is a madhouse every time a new iPhone is released.

Honestly the two staff members I spoke to while I was waiting for my Applecare appointment were super nice, but when I had the appointment the person who helped me treated me with a level of passive aggression and hostility I haven’t experienced from a stranger since high school. I have no idea what I could have done to offend that person. I won’t be returning, ever.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service and location of this store. The staff have been unfriendly and unhelpful. While purchasing a phone was straightforward, I have encountered significant difficulties when seeking assistance for issues with my device. Despite multiple appointments and repair attempts, my phone continues to perform poorly. Each time I request a replacement, I am met with a rude response stating that a new phone cannot be provided, even though my device is still under warranty. This process has been exceedingly challenging, and as a student, I lack the time to repeatedly attend unproductive appointments and still didn’t get any help. I am extremely frustrated with this experience. Never buying iPhones again
