My phone battery died suddenly and I had no use of my phone. I took my phone to the Chapel Hill location. They had the battery in stock and replaced it while I waited. James provided prompt and excellent service and the fee was very reasonable. I would definitely return in the future and would highly recommend this business. So grateful to have a working phone again.

Booked an appointment, showed up after paying for parking, walked in, and the guy informed that they didn’t have batteries for my battery replacement. Could have saved me 30 minutes with a simple phone call to let me know. Probably won’t be returning here.

I called over a month ago to have them them order a piece for my phone. They said they'd call. 2 weeks later. I heard nothing so I called. Still out of stock. Okay. Another two weeks, so I reach out again. They say oh yeah our supplier has that in stock. Do you want us to order it? I was told they would order it as soon as it was in stock and receive a call from them. Salesman then tells me that if they accidentally break the display screen in the process of fixing my camera, it would be an additional $130 to fix. Why would I have to pay for a mistake they made? Don't take advantage of customers.

Quick service and great warranty policy. They had been sent a faulty part for use in a repair, and when I told them of the issue, they promptly ordered and installed a working replacement at no extra cost.

Great service and honest business. Came in with what I thought was a broken battery and was only a minor issue. Technician only charged me $10!
