Donnie helped me out of a bind, we have a short term rental in Cashiers NC and a power outage caused our router to revert to factory default settings. On a Sunday, and before our next guests check in at 4pm, Donnie was able to get in restore our previous router configuration to ensure our next guests had TV/Internet etc. We were very happy with the service and price. I replaced my power supply in an old Dell 9010 but was still not getting it to start up. I called Hoffeys got vm and Donnie called me right back. He walked me through a few check points and boom figured out I did not have the power circuit plugged in correctly. I offered to pay and he said it’s on the house ! What a major sigh of relief Hoffey's was for me. My water cooler pump in my PC completely failed. I reached out to Hoffey's and he was able to respond instantly to set up an appointment not even 12 hours later. He troubleshooted my issue within an hour and we ordered a new cooler. He then installed the cooler flawlessly and I was back up and running within a week. Diagnosing and solving this issue at an affordable price can take some people months. He can also respond by text. Donnie Hoffey is the most helpful and generous small business owner I have ever encountered. I contacted him while trying to find a replacement for my lost Dell laptop charging cord. He called or texted me three times to make sure he had the correct replacement cord in his shop, and then gave it to me FOR FREE. Who does that? I cannot say enough nice things about Hoffey's.
