uBreakiFix - Phone and Computer Repair

These guys are very professional and did a fantastic job. Within an hour my phone was as good as new. Very friends as well and nice store. The store is located in a Plaza with many other restaurants so you can go get food or ice cream while they work on your phone. They also provide warranty services so this is also a plus. They also provide you a quote in advance which is accurate. Highly recommend and would be going again

I had a iPhone battery changed at uBreakiFix at Crossroads, Cary, NC. The service was fast, excellent, fair price. On top, they voluntarily changed out the screen which had a small crack at the corner. Amazing, thoughtful service! Dropped computer off a week before Christmas. It was diagnosed, I was called and provided solution and repair cost, repair work was done, and I picked up my computer the day after Christmas. Very happy with the courteous staff, the time it took (especially because of timing of the holidays), the work done, and the cost. This is my second computer repair at this location. The first computer was diagnosed with a faulty motherboard and was too costly to repair a five year old laptop versus buying a new one. I trust this place to be good and honest when it comes to my electronics.
