Staples

I (after a long period of not) bought something from Staples, and I was TOTALLY AMAZED with my experience... They're outstanding! Give them a try if you have the chance.

The worst customer service because of the person who assists me today. I give 3 start b/c of the pregnant lady who noticed the way he was doing wasn't right so she tried to assist me but, he refused. I was waiting on the line and he pretend like he is busy. After a long wait he assisted me no apologies no sorry, He just handed me the receipt and 'have a good day' really it's not ok that kind of customers service during this holiday. I don't wish anyone to get treated the way I get treated. So I don't recommend this place he can do a better job.

I was stranded in the parking lot with a key that would not work. I went into Staples hoping to find some help. Ryan, the general manager, took time out from his busy day to look up how to replace the battery for my key. He did the process himself with a smile on his face. So kind! Thank you!

At the Kildaire Farms location: I had a great experience this week. 1- they carry the ink cartridges that i use for my printer. 2- the assistant at the checkout was GREAT! She gave me the online price for one of the cartridges. AND, she helped me fix the problem with getting the reward for returning used ink cartridges. I've asked before and got no results.

Totally a positive experience! The young man, who was working the register and working in other departments, was so helpful and pleasant! And, Carlos was helpful and pleasant, as well! Will definitely make this location my go-to!
