Sonic Device Repair Cary

I went there for help with taking a stripped screw out! I understand their base rate is $85 for labor. However, I did not appreciate with the customer service and how condescending the lady at the front desk was🙏 Update after getting the Google review response: My phone was never looked at. At the store, the estimate for fixing it was 30 minutes and the store does not know the actual situation of my phone so now in a review response saying “the labor estimate was 1 to 1.5 hours” is obscure. Second, my review has nothing to do with the price of the service! Rather the fact that I walk in and after explaining my situation, I am asked “How much I’m willing to pay” followed by a stare, before I am given the actual price!

Highly recommend this place for any kind of phone repair! I have used this for a variety of phone fixes on my children’s phones- microphone repair, cracked glass, screen etc. and every time I have been greatly satisfied by the excellent quality of service and the timely response. Great customer service too. One stop shop for all phone problems. 5 stars! :)

Yesterday was the second time I have used Sonic Repair over the past 7 months for various repairs. And each time they did a great job quickly, and with a very reasonable price. Honest and quality repairs. My wife’s 14 pro max screen broke, they replaced it but it was still having issues with overheating and shutting down so we brought it back and it was handled at no additional cost. Thank you! 🙏
