I cannot recommend this business enough. George helped me with my computer issue quickly (within 15 minutes) and was able to get me running within the hour. Knowledgable, friendly, and overall fantastic experience. What I appreciated most was his breadth of experience, which saved me money in the end, and I didn’t need to purchase more hardware for the repair and for those items to end up in a landfill. My review's a bit late. George did a fantastic job resuscitating our failing laptop so we could transfer files from it. He's friendly, skilled, efficient and thorough. He even came to our house after hours to help with an installation question! If you need computer help in the Cary area, then look no further!

Incredible service amazing communication very skilled knowledgeable and friendly. They work diligently to find the problem quickly ordered the parts and completed the repairs very fast. They walk you through the steps what they did show you everything before you leave and respond to your questions very urgently. Highly recommend this service

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! I took my laptop here because it wouldn’t charge, and he told me it could be the motherboard, which would cost $800 to fix. He kept going on about the motherboard, making it seem like he wanted me to spend as much money as possible. He kept my laptop for two weeks and then told me it was the charger port, so I left it with him. He said it was fixed, but when I came back, it still wasn’t working. Then he told me he’d replace the battery, so I left it with him for another week. He texted me saying it was charging, but when I got there and tested it, it still wasn’t charging. I was finally excited to get my laptop back, only for him to tell me I needed to check it myself to see if it was working—which could have easily been done by just seeing if the battery percentage was going up. It just felt like he didn’t want to help me. All he did was throw high prices at me and try to charge me $200 for nothing. If I could give this guy 0 stars a hundred times over, I would. Most frustrating experience I’ve had in all of 2024. 0 stars.
