Nick is extremely knowledgeable. I called and Nick spoke with me for nearly half an hour, completely free of charge! Although he was not able to repair my laptop (his diagnosis is my motherboard is faulty and requires manufacturer equipment to properly repair), he gave me his professional opinion. I’m extremely grateful for Nick because his recommendation was to seek repairs from the manufacturer, and not just throw money at it to profit his own business!
