iFixNC Lejeune

Dropped my MacBook pro off for a screen replacement just before leaving for a training event. They met the time line but what I didn't realize is after the "fix" several of my keys were no longer working. First res flag was when picking up the MacBook I tried to log in but my password wasn't working didnt think anything of it, in a rush, and I can obviously see the screen is is fixed. A month later when I try again I realize that several keys are not responding, my track pad is constantly switching from normal use to right click only and as of today none of my keys function. Would have been better off just keeping lines on my screen. I do not recommend iFixNC Lejeune at all.

Came in because my laptop wouldn't take a charge for some reason. In less than 10 minutes they were able to get it fixed. Very courteous and easy to talk to people, especially since I don't know much about computers

Overall great experience and they are extremely knowledgeable on what’s wrong and how to fix it. Communication was superb and extremely helpful when you need to know what’s going on. Highly recommend you bring your device here as the price is extremely competitive and cheaper compared to other shops around
