Paul was so accommodating and friendly. He completed my laptop swap on-time. He was great on explaining things in the shop and also over the phone, when I needed help.

Stopped in to see if I could get a computer fixed as the hinge from the computer to the screen was broken. Staff told me it was not worth fixing. I appreciate their openness and honesty and did not try to take advantage of the situation. Reviews on Facebook have been nothing but positive. They have been in business for 15 years so they must be doing something right.

I am currently staying at Ocean Breeze Campground in Holden Beach NC where Knosys is said to be maintaining and supporting the WI-FI network for the campground. We reported to Knosys (Gene) on 2/1/2022 that our tv was buffering a lot especially after 4 pm in the afternoon. He reported that he could see issues on the network, and he had made some changes, and to give it some time to see if it improves and left his number to call if not. It did not improve so we called back on 2/7/22, left a voice mail, and never received a call back. We called again on 2/8/22, spoke with David, who assured us they would have technicians in the area later in the week and he would have them stop by or contact us. We were checking our speeds almost daily, and they were very low. Today, 2/16/2022, we had ATMC connect us to their network so we could watch tv without buffering, and their service appears to work very well. I have no knowledge of Knosys' other services, but I don't feel maintaining or servicing WI-FI is their area of expertise, but the lack of common decency to return a phone call to a customer that's having problems is unacceptable.

We are 100% satisfied with the services that we've received from KnoSys. We've taken our desk top PC in to their shop for repair, which was successful. After the holidays, we had a lengthy list of technical problems, everything ranging from cell phone problems to printer problems and TV speakers, new "toys" like Amazon's Alexa and a pair of blue tooth speakers that we'd received as Christmas presents. We had Rob from KnoSys make a housecall, and we learned more from him, and he had everything working, than we'd ever be able to figure out on our own. So, we recommend KnoSys. Their staff is knowledgeable, competent, friendly, and patient. It's money well-spent.

Very professional, courteous, knowledgable. Have used them several times for WIFI, Cpu upgrades, virus problems, I would highly recommend them. If you have used a geek squad service, this is ten times better.
