Only giving one star because I don't have the option to give ZERO. Computer spent over a month here with little to no communication regarding progress of repair. $1100 later, problem with the computer still isn't fixed. In fact, there is a totally new issue with it, that wasn't there before, since he "fixed" it! He doesn't know what he's doing. Needless to say, won't be taking it back here and I would suggest anyone considering using this place to strongly RECONSIDER. 👎 Update: My name is not in your system but my husband's is and you certainly took $1100 of his money and funny, through all the times HE reached out to YOU over this last month, not a word uttered about a replacement. First you "fixed" his power supply and SSD. Then you replaced his graphics card. Ended up being $1100 total in parts and labor. And you STILL didn't fix the issue. Now there's more problems with it than there were before. Highly disappointing. Not good business practices in any way.

Took my laptop to be repaired after numerous attempts to contact owner Dan I finally had to show up two weeks later to find out that "it can't be fixed" he sold me a new computer I asked to have my old one back he has given me the run around saying he has to go through all the hard drives to find mine.. why wasn't my stuff kept together in the first place? He doesn't answer or return phone calls or text or notes on the front door! I've been trying to get my property back for over a month and the times me or my wife have caught him there he gives the same BS about having to look for the right hard drive and how it will be ready the next day which I never is. I am now going to have to take him to court to get my property back!! Terrible business terrible way to treat your customers and their property DO NOT LEAVE YOUR STUFF HERE IT WILL BE LOST AND NOT GIVEN BACK his work area is a junk hole no organization at all. Wouldn't recommend this business or the owner for anything he will toss your property to the side try to update you and then avoid you at all cost.

Said he would perform a reset on my pc after backloading all files and content. Ended up completely wiping pc leaving nothing on it and losing countless very important files. DO NOT TAKE YOUR COMPUTER HERE.

Have taken our computers for service for the last few Years & have our anti virus thru TRC Computers Burnsville NC. A few months ago he serviced 3 of our computets. Got home & one would not charge the battery. Took it back, said the inner charging port was broke loose inside & had to be replaced. Part ordered & computer not repair several times I stopped by to check. For the last 2 months I have called, left messages to call me whenever his mailbox is not full, been by the business numerous times & no one there. Just want MY computer weather fixed or not. Last straw, left a note on the business door expressing this. NOT GOOD BUSINESS PRACTICE. Dont know what it's going to take to get my computer & I have already been charged a fee on my card several months ago for this service. Sorry but i would not recommed his service after this. He could have the decency to text or call me.

Took 3 weeks to replace my screen for my laptop. Cracked the bezel replacing the screen. Now my games crash not sure if it is screen related due to the type of screen that he installed. Didn’t knock off a little of the cost from the crack that he did while replacing the screen.
