uBreakiFix - Phone and Computer Repair

I have a Pixel 4A. I needed to have the battery replaced and discovered that Google was running a program where a 'warranty' replacement was an option. Since my phone does all I need it to do, this was the smart route for me. I called uBreakiFix and they were very polite and clear about the surge in demand, and time between shipments of batteries. Sadly I couldn't leave my phone with them as I need it for work, so I would check in every week to see if I could catch them at a time when they had batteries and the capacity to do the work the same day. This past week I finally found that opportunity. They said it would be done within 2-3 hours, and it absolutely was. The staff was polite and efficient, and definitely focused on getting the tasks done.

The repair wasn’t straightforward and he let me know what was wrong, how he proposed to fix it, and what further steps I could take to prevent trouble in the future. Great experience I stopped in on December 27 at 10:15 AM, I believe the guy‘s name was Chriss not sure so caught up in how polite he was and informative I may have forgotten his name lol Nevertheless he wasvery informative a good depth of knowledge Concerning the problem that I had, Chriss also introduced me to a savings program that would benefit me over the duration of time in case anything happened, he was very polite and took his time to make sure that I understood precisely what he Was explaining to me. I would recommend anyone that has any problems with their telephones laptops computers etc. to try (U break I fix) and I think you will be very satisfied !!!

Buncha scam artists! My phone stopped working. I came in & they told me that it must be the screen & battery & would be $180 to replace. I knew nothing was wrong with either. I didn't drop my phone & the battery has been working fine. I figured I must had gotten some crud in the charging port. I asked the sales rep to test my phone on the wireless charger in the back. He lied to me & said it didn't work. I bought a cheaper wireless charger off Amazon right away. My phone charged perfectly & I'm using it right now!!
