Jesse is a very down to earth and reliable person. I’ve taken my iPhone 14 pro to him multiple times for a screen replacement and other issues. He replaced my screen for a solid price and the screen was amazing. My phone started experiencing hardware failures and each time I’ve taken it to this place Jesse would spend hours trying to figure it out with me and researching and trying different things. Jesse even let me borrow small tools to go home and try to get it fixed myself while he researched and Loaned me and iPad I can use until I can afford a new phone. Jesse is an awesome and reputable person and I highly recommend this place for any electronic repair you may need

A couple weeks ago the power plug on my Asus laptop failed. Jesse was able to remove the circuit board and solder a new plug which he obtained from China via Canada. It only took about a week and his fee was reasonable and in line with his estimate. Jesse is very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. I can highly recommend him for equipment repairs and installations.

Absolutely wonderful experience. I had an extremely difficult situation where I had deleted my email address over a year ago. And the only way to log into my Google account was on a phone that stop working on me suddenly. And I thought I was going to lose all my photos and data. Jesse basically preformed a miracle and got my data and photos back. He went above and beyond to help me. I 100% recommend 2ndChanceGadgets. Absolutely great experience.
