I do all my own computer work at home but needed a part that I could order online but couldn't find one in town. Dropped by just to see if they had one and they did!!! Great place to work with and I've heard they do a good job on repairs for anyone who doesn't know how to work on one personally.

I called about getting an M.2 3mm screw for a new SSD I bought for my PC, and not only did they confirm they had it instantly, the gent at the counter had it ready for me when I got there and didn’t even charge me. Although I didn’t actually get anything serviced, this place seems hella knowledgeable/reliable, and I’m definitely coming here in the future if I need anything for my PC/general tech items.

Jaison the owner is incredibly wonderful and patient with an old girl and is calm and collected when I mess up. He was able to successfully hold my hand over the phone and solve 3 issues that would have cost much more in time and money had I not had his astute direction. Also he set up our Starlink system about a year and a half ago saving me 1/3 over my last Viasat system and even more over an old Hughesnet system I once had. EXTREMELY INVALUABLE COMPANY WITHOUT COMPETITION IN THIS IMPORTANT SERVICE FIELD!

They never even tried to fix the computer I dropped off, just charged me 50 dollars and then tried to scam me into paying for them to transfer my data and buy a new computer from them. Let this sink in, they returned my computer with all of the power cables disconnected. Thats right they returned it more broken than I gave it to them. Fixing the computer is not their business model they will try to confuse you with fancy sounding words and then sell you uneeded parts. Predatory business that preys on people who don't know much about computers. Unpluged all my cables and never plugged them back in. That should be illegal. Imagine if you took a car to a mechanic and went to pick it up and there were no tires on it, thats what disconnecting the power supply on a computer is like.
