In the not too distant past I needed some minor computer work performed. Recently my 13 year old computer died so I asked BJ to custom build a new machine for me. The staff completed the build in one day, and I was able to get my system back up and running in short order. These guys are very professional and extremely polite to work with. They listened to my needs and gave me their suggestions and opinions on what would be best for me at the best price. I am very pleased with the work and the price as well. I received several emails and even one from Doug himself on a Saturday inquiring about the service. Amazing customer service. I has someone try to hijack my computer and once I realized it was a scam; I looked for someone local. I called and Doug told me I was safe to shut down and then bring it in. The team at Dougnet went through my computer that day and had it back to me by the end.
