I stopped in the morning certain I'd have to leave my computer for days and pay a pretty hefty fee. Instead, I met Ben who helped me with the perfect quick fix. The guys at Boone Cellular are wonderful to work with. I've been in before and have never been disappointed. I'd recommend them to anyone in need of repairs to phones and/or laptops. I was running across the street, my phone fell out of my pocket and got hit by a tractor trailer!!! They fixed it and put a super high quality screen protector on it. All the workers were extremely nice and knowledgeable as well.

I took in an HP Victus for a screen replacement and was quoted for $200 and about a 7 day timeline for a replacement. When I called a week later, I was told that they couldn’t fix my screen because “the part that we need doesn’t exist” and I could pick up my laptop since they weren’t going to fix it. After about twenty minutes of research, I was able to order the exact same LCD screen (verified by part number and computer model), and replaced it myself in ten-ish minutes. The staff here were very polite and professional, but they were not very helpful or forthcoming about the repair.

After a work incident I thought I was going to lose my old note 20 5g. Never fear, the guys at Boone Cellular got a screen replacement ordered in no time - even for this old tech! 45 min, no data loss and looks like new. I'm giving this an early 5 stars but so far so good on the repair. The sign says good vibes and that's a fact. Cool people, cool dog! Thanks!!

After hurricane Helene my phones charging port was acting up and I was unable to charge my phone without 10 minutes of struggle. I had no power at my house. Boone Cellular cleaned it free of charge and I thank the workers in there for being so kind.
