Today I was extremely impressed with every employee on duty. They were very friendly in the customer service department. I then went to look at headphones. The person who assisted me helped me understand the absolute best headphones I have ever put over my ears. I hear everything crisply as he said I would. The Marshall Major IV headphones I bought are exactly what I wanted!

Brought a PC in with a 500gb gen 4 m.2, 500gb SATA SSD, and 3tb hdd, 16gb RAM, ryzen 3 3100, rx 580, windows 10 was installed on the m.2, it had a virus, asked them to reinstall windows on the m.2. they defragged the m.2 bricking it, turned the SATA SSD into a boot index, and reformatted the 3tb wd black hdd into a gpt making the whole computer run slow as ballz, do not bring your computers to them they don't have a clue and won't reimburse you for what they destroy, told me they would not pay for the PC because I didn't buy it through them, offered me a $50 gift card that would only be usable if I used it to buy replacement parts at Best buy then had them install them, told them no, just give me the PC that they destroyed, they charged me for the defrag that bricked them m.2, and for a new copy of windows even though I provided them with my copy. Store manager was not helpful, doesn't know a computer from their elbow. Do not take your computer here, they will scam and ruin what you've spent money on.

I went into the September 3rd to buy the Fire 10 for my grandchildren. They had the Blue one on hand but not the Lavender one. I ordered the Lavender one and the guy said " You'll get it no later than September 8th". Well here it is September 18th and still NO TABLET!!!! I called, what I thought was the store to find out it's a call center. The guy on the phone was very unconcerned. He said " It shows on here that you'll only have to wait a couple more days and you'll get it". SERIOUSLY??!!?? He basically told me it is what it is deal with it. So I told him I was going to give a bad review, I will NEVER buy ANYTHING else from Best Buy and I will tell EVERYONE who will listen about my experience!!!!! This is very unprofessional!!!!

So very frustrating! On a Monday, my daughter dropped her phone and needed repair. She called around to numerous places to check pricing and availability. Apple sent her here to the Geek Squad- an hour away. BIG MISTAKE! From day one, they took her money as fast as they could, sent her off with promises of a new refurbished phone the "next day or at the latest 48 hrs". When that did not happen, she called multiple times (from work), followed the "track my repair" link, and got no where. No one returned her messages (mind you she had no phone and could only email from her computer). 4 Days go by, and the only update to her repair was that it was assigned to someone. Nothing else. So I called on Thursday and get told that they've encountered "multiple hiccups" and had to "over-night" the phone to California. Not once were we informed about this before they shipped it! When I found out, I was furious! No one bothered to return her call or update the system. They just sent it, and said "This is a new service we are doing with Apple, and they did not send us any phones to give out." I asked to speak with the manager, but he was on vacation that week. They hang up on me after I demanded that someone give me an update. I called back to speak to general manager, who was very kind and understanding, but could not offer me any other information except that the phone should arrive on Friday to California. She also offered my daughter a pre-paid phone while she waited for hers to be returned. Again, very kind. But here we are, 10 days after the phone was given over to Best Buy, and still no resolve. No one will return my calls. I've called daily only to be put on hold or asked my # for a return call that never happened. Tried to track the repair on line all week, and finally today it acknowledges the phone is now "in repar". I called to the Apple Depot in California, they told me they didn't receive the phone until Monday at 3:51pm (I guess over night isn't over night). Again, no phone calls returned, and the Geek Squad manager won't return from vacation until Saturday. That's almost a full 2weeks from when the phone was taken to them. My problem is that promises were made and expectations were not met. Run away with someone else's money, but don't live up to your end of the deal. Now if this happened in any other place of business, someone would have lost their job or heads would roll. Again, no return phone calls, no follow up, and not even an apology! Thing is, the phone could've gone to any other place to repair her screen and it would've been fixed in

Thank you for being helpful. I went to you with a broken phone (crashing). Without any hassle the staff got me a new phone - refunded my last phone. My faith in BestBuy and the Greek Squad is restored. I am so glad I enrolled for the full coverage insurance program. Very good customer service. RIght from the get go! Appreciate how helpful you all were.
