5 Stars ALL the way. Helpful, knowledgeable and absolute pros at what they do. My iPhone XS is now back in action instead of adding to the mass of another landfill somewhere. The also offer incredible custom-fit screen/phone protector installation to protect without the bulk of a case. Cannot recommend enough. Thanks Payton and crew!

This place has been far bar the best and friendliest tech repair business I've been to. There hourly charge is okay. But the way I see it you get what you are willing to give back twice fold. Will be taking my msi in for a replacement screen this Monday 2/17/25 and will be providing there finished worked once completed

The people here are very knowledgeable, kind, and professional. Exceptionally fast, too! I was worried I was too late to have my son’s custom PC built before Christmas but they magically managed to have it finished in one day! As soon as it was done I got the call and picked up same day. Highly recommend!

Several weeks ago I had the pleasure of visiting this business with problems with my iPhone. I was met with kindness, care and professionalism. The young man that helped me, Payton, was the most helpful of anyone I have worked with in a long time. He solved my problem and gave me some good advice(being an older person🤣🤣). I would highly recommend this business and if I ever need tech support again for my phone, they will be my first call.

Visited Emergency Tech repair right at opening for an issue with a laptop. The staff were friendly, up-front about their pricing, and open about their projected work. ETR staff recommended I go back to the store before they tried diagnostics further than I'd completed. I'm very impressed with the staff's professionalism, communication, and honesty. I will look to them if I require repairs in the future, certainly!
