CPR Cell Phone Repair South Asheville

I had a wonderful experience while searching for a phone for my daughter. Unfortunately, I did not purchase a phone here as I decided to pursue other options. This decision was not based on price, customer service failures or anything. The customer service and assistance with determining the right phone for my daughter was OUTSTANDING! We will definitely use them for purchases of this kind in the future.

Holy hell. What can I say about this place to do it justice? Amazing customer service. Mauricio went above and beyond what I could ever expect. Aside from the fact that they could actually do the necessary repairs to get the vital information off my damaged cell phone, he was an amazing communicator, set realistic expectations, and, in the end, got the job done. Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for honest, hard-working folks.

The employees and esp. the manager are not honest at this branch. Do not take your phone them and if you do overly document everything. They “fixed” my husband iPhone but when he got it back the screen was not flush. He immediately called the store and was told sorry just bring it back in. Now my husband broke his leg the Friday before Thanksgiving and can’t drive a vehicle so our daughter was dropping it off and picking it up for him. He got it back for the original repair and called around the 28th. My daughter and I were headed out of town for the remainder of the kids Christmas break through the return of school but she took it to the shop the Monday school started back and was pretty much told it wasn’t their fault… I was with her and went in to talk to them and listen to every excuse in the book why it wasn’t their fault, they had fixed it properly… even though the screen not flush with the rest of the phone. They denied speaking to my husband, even though he has a phone statement showing the date and time he called and spoke with them. They ultimately refused to honor their work. Thankfully we able to explain to the insurance company what happened and provided the phone records for proof that we were telling the truth and they very apologetically sent my husband a brand new iPhone. The whole situation and conversations with the employees at this branch was ridiculous and I would never recommend using such dishonest, incompetent people. The insurance company knows they were lying and this isn’t the first complaint so undoubtedly karma will catch up to them soon enough.

They sell you over priced cases and screen protectors that don’t work, and then don’t honor their warranty. I get a dishonest vibe from the whole operation. Also, one of the workers accidentally forgot to put my $15 discount on the final bill. So he asked the manager to apply it and he replied that he could not reopen the transaction, but I could use it next time. The next time I came in for a broken screen I asked for the $15 discount and he said he would have had to apply it to the previous transaction, he could not do it this time. Which upset me. Then he conveniently found the $15 credit on my account.

I came into CPR a few days ago because I needed a new battery in my iPhone 14 Pro. The repair was fast, affordable, and they put an OEM battery in my phone meaning I got an original apple part which I am thankful for. This place offers quality parts at a great price and doesn’t take long to get repairs done. I will definitely be visiting them again for any repair needs! 10/10 recommend! They even sell cases, screen protectors, and other phone accessories!
