The computer could not be repaired in the short time I had available to leave it for, but I received directions on how to proceed with it when I return back home. I wasn’t charged for the service. I had a very pleasant experience with the staff. Christopher was very kind and knowledgeable.

When speaking to the gentleman there he was extremely rude. I had my computer on and was explaining the issue and he reached over and turned it off and would not listen. Very unprofessional. I would rather pay three times the amount he was charging and deal with a true professional, then pay him a dime. Buyer beware
